  • 04:43 Lyrics Francis

    (chorus)

This is a prayer from Francis

This is a call out to those in need

Better to be comfort than to be comforted

    Better to give than receive

    (verse)

Ever since the dawn of time we’ve been stricken by sickness and sin

Only thinking about ourselves and what I can take from them

Toting your blues in your lamb skin shoes, wondering how were gonna make it through, this is a message from him

    (verse)

Well you see it in your cities and towns, all of us shuffling around

Won’t you come down from your cloud

Falling like a stone with your sling shot head, you hit another wall you crawl out of bed, I turned the page and I read

    (pre chorus)

Where there are shadows I may bring light, like a candle in the evening night

    Let your soul shine

Where there is error I may bring truth, three plus three doesn’t equal two

You got the right to choose yes you do

    (chorus)

    (pre chorus)

Where there are shadows I may bring light, like a candle in the evening night, let your soul shine

Where there is error I may bring truth, three plus three doesn’t equal two

You got the right to choose

Well you see it in your cities and towns, all of us shuffling around

Won’t you come down from your cloud

Where there is hatred I may bring love, a distant dove that fly’s above

And let your love light shine

    (chorus)

  • 04:34 Lyrics Frames

    (verse)

    Tomorrow has come today

Of memories of past and present and undecided

    (verse)

You pic me up then you pull me down

But like changes in the season, I got one coming to me

    I’m not Jesus but you

  • 05:21 Lyrics Testify

    (verse)

Brothers and mothers, sister and fathers, are all weighing in

On the word of anothers, so called father, the fear is creeping in

    (verse)

Telling fables across ones tables, seeking to convince

The non believers and quiet sleepers, your time is getting slim

    (chorus)

They say you gotta testify if you want to find Jesus

Testify if you want to find God

Testify if you want to go to heaven

    Testify, testify

    (verse)

From preachers to pastors, to plastic masters, we look with reverence

Lets build a tower for greed and power, to serve as evidence

    (chorus)

You gotta testify if you want to find Jesus

Testify if you want to find God

Testify if you want to go to heaven

    You gotta testify, testify (x2)

    (verse)

In the morning, with no warning, a robin settles in

Out my window, watching her glow, an act of providence

    (chorus)

I don’t have to testify if I want to find Jesus

Testify if I want to find God

Testify if I want to go to heaven

Testify if I want to find the Lord

Testify if I want to find Jesus

    Testify, testify (x4)

  • 05:16 Lyrics Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes

    (verse)

I have nothing left to say, all these thoughts just get in the way

Look at the pain on their faces, these are hard times were living in

    (verse)

My heart is heavy and my soul starts to drift away

Look whats going down in Missouri, these are hard times were living in

    (pre chorus)

And all this tension, just gets in the way

Were hoping for an answer but it won’t be here today

    (chorus)

Because if nothing changes, nothing changes they say

So if nothing changes, than nothing will change until then

This will go on and on and on

    (verse)

Children rioting, police men fighting, on our TVs at night

Burn, watch our cities burn, yes these are hard times were living in

    (pre chorus)

And all this aggression, only fuels the flames

Were looking for a reason to change our ways

    (chorus)

But if nothing changes, nothing changes they say

So if nothing changes, than nothing will change until then

This will go on and on and on

    (bridge)

And all this tension, just gets in the way

And all this aggression, only fuels the flames

Were looking for a reason to change our ways

Were hoping for an answer but it won’t be here today

    (chorus)

  • 06:29 Lyrics Play

    (verse)

Standing, high above the sea on the mount

Gently, floating through the hills are the clouds

Seems to me, reasons that were all standing here

Perfect, ending to this October day

    (verse)

Lady, walking through the field is renowned

Slowly, turns to see the faces on the crowd

In my dreams, I can see me standing there

Waking up, sitting in this old rocking chair

    (chorus)

    As we start, to unwind

Slowing down, to keep in time

    Pressing play and not rewind

    Pressing play and not rewind

    (verse)

Standing, high above the sea on the mount

Gently, floating through the trees are the clouds

Seems to me, reasons that were all standing here

Perfect, ending to these October day’s

    (chorus)

    As we start, to unwind

Slowing down, to keep in time

    Pressing play and not rewind

    Pressing play and not rewind
